When my phone or computer are not doing what I want them to do one of the first things I try to do to correct the error is to restart the device. Sometimes that simple restart helps things fall into place. After an especially difficult few years of living with Covid-19, the divisions in our country, issues of politics, and social issues including racism, I feel like I need a restart. Starting this Sunday in worship we are looking at what a restart might look like for us. The first thing we all need to restart is our indiviual souls and our relationship with God. At Jesus' baptism God said, "You are my son, the Beloved." God says the same thing about each of us, "You are my child, the Beloved." To restart our souls we must see ourselves as God sees us; as God's children who are loved.

Take a moment to watch the worship video posted below and to read through the announcements.

In God's Love,

Pastor Erin
